Originating on SOCOM CA in Early 2006 by Detrimental, and PeBeL, The Now RatEd [ R ]clan was formed after observing the countless instances of cheating, glitching and disrespect performed by other clans and their members. Distancing themselves from the conventional clan types of the time; they decided to form a group of their own, comprised of individuals with like minded goals and values. This Clan would consist of members looking for a clan based on Loyalty, Comradery,Teamwork and Respect. And it was with these core values in mind that the best clan on ladder [ R ]was created.

          After a brief hiatus, the leaders of the [ R ]decided to bring the clan together as a well stratagized team. In doing this, they have brought forth one of the best online clans to date. Not only are the members friends online, but a majority of them are friends outside of SOCOM . This Comradery between clan members will not only strengthen the resolve of the clan. But will insure that RateD [ R ] will always instill a sense of fear in our enemies, and remain a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
